Operations

The Operations team at Motor Fuel Group (MFG) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities and performance of the forecourt stations, ensuring they adhere to quality and service standards. This includes managing fuel supply and forecourt shop offerings, implementing and monitoring operational procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all locations. They also coordinate with brand partners for in-store food and retail services, and lead initiatives for staff recruitment and training to maintain high levels of service and operational efficiency.
