Born in 1971. He holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MBA (Master in Business Administration) from the City University Business School (London, UK). Has 25 years of professional experience. She was for 4 years Managing Director and executive member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Holdings and Property Company SA. (2017-2021) and previously was Deputy Chief Executive Officer and executive member of the Board of Directors of PPC SA. (2010-2015). In 2015-2017 he was a Partner at the international consulting firm Ernst & Young (EY) in the financial consulting department while supervising the energy sector in Southeast Europe. In the decade 2001-2010 he worked as a senior executive in large international and Greek banking companies (BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and Eurobank) in Corporate and Investment Banking in Greece and abroad. She began her career in London, in the development of investments in the oil and energy sector, working for Texaco with an emphasis on investments in the Caspian region. He was a member of the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council (ESD) and the Competitiveness Council of Greece, while today, among other things, he is a member of the Advisory Committee of the non-profit organization diaNEOsis. Since June 2021 he is an Independent Non-Executive member of the Board of Directors of MOTOR OIL and also Chairman of the Remuneration & Nominations Committee of the Company.
