Armando Villaneda

Armando Villaneda is an accomplished Assistant Editor with extensive experience in the media production industry. Currently employed at MotorTrend Group since November 2019, Villaneda specializes in importing and organizing media, as well as finishing and exporting video clips. Previous roles include Assistant Editor positions at POOL PARTY CREATIVE, LLC, ATTN:, Blue Collar Productions, and Hulu, among others, where responsibilities ranged from developing workflows and setting up projects to collaborating with producers and post supervisors. Villaneda began a career in the film and television post-production field at Kappa Studios, contributing to various projects, including notable cable TV shows and feature films. A solid educational foundation in film and video editing was established at Video Symphony, supported by a certification in XP MSDS and an Associate's degree in General Education from Los Angeles Valley College.
