Aalok Joshi

Aalok Joshi is a highly skilled executive with extensive experience in sales and commercial operations within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Vice President - Commercial for MotoRad Ltd. in the US/Canada, Aalok leads retail sales operations managing a multimillion-dollar portfolio across major automotive retailers and oversees a team dedicated to strategic growth and customer engagement. Previously, Aalok held the position of Director of Sales – Service Channel at First Brands Group, where strategic positioning and channel expansion were prioritized, and spent a decade at Cardone Industries in multiple roles culminating in Director of Sales – Retail Channel, significantly increasing market share and revenue. Aalok holds an MBA from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
