Rafael Viana serves as the Communication Manager and Service Director at both Motorline Professional and Pousadela Village since September 2018 and January 2018, respectively. In addition, Rafael is the Co-Founder and CEO of Temosonline since January 2016. Previous experience includes an Innovation Student Consultant role at Generali from October 2017 to June 2018, focusing on InsurTech benchmarking and ethnographic research. Prior to that, Rafael worked as a Full Stack Designer at 7Graus from December 2014 to August 2017, and co-founded Another Collective, serving as a Web Designer from 2012 to March 2014. Educational achievements include a Post-Graduation in Product and Service Innovation from Porto Polytechnic and a Bootcamp at CERN @Ideasquare. Additionally, Rafael holds a Post-Graduate degree in Web Design and a Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts and Multimedia from Escola Superior de Artes e Design.
