Dale Hickman is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in logistics and security services. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Motormax since November 2022, Dale previously held the same title at GMS Group of Companies from April 2010 to November 2022, where the focus was on providing specialized manned guarding security services across the UK. Earlier in the career, Dale managed multi-site distribution and transport operations as Transport Manager at ASD Metal Services, contributing to the efficiency of one of the UK’s largest independent steel stockholding groups. Additional roles include Assistant Operations and Transport Manager and Sales Representative at Kloekner Metal UK, showcasing a diverse skill set in operations, transport logistics, and sales. Dale is furthering professional development through a Diploma in Advanced Security Management from Stonebridge Associated Colleges.
