Diane Lohan Rosso

Diane Lohan Rosso currently serves as Sr. Director of Global Talent & HR Operations at Motorola Solutions, a position held since July 2013, with promotion in July 2016 and role expansion in February 2017. In this role, Diane leads a global team focused on enhancing leadership capabilities and overall employee performance across the organization. Previously, Diane was the Senior Learning Consultant for the Americas at Motorola Solutions, advising on functional skills development and sales training. Diane's earlier experience includes a Sr. Manager role in Learning & Talent Development at Tellabs, where programs aimed to develop leaders across global R&D centers, and Director of Training & Development at Ryan Building Group, where Diane launched a corporate training initiative.
