Glenn Graves

Glenn Graves is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in managed services and operational leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Centralized Managed Support Services at Motorola Solutions, Glenn has transformed decentralized operations into a best-in-class global support system for software and emergency services. Previous roles include Vice President at Ericsson, where Glenn led Managed Service Agreements for Operation Assurance and played a key role in modernizing Sprint's wireless and wireline networks. Glenn's tenure at Avaya and Nortel Networks included significant contributions in program development, business continuity, and customer relations, with a focus on enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction. An alumnus of the Naveen Jindal School of Management, Glenn holds multiple degrees and certifications, including an MBA and Project Management Certification, and is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
