Hector Silva

Hector Silva is a Sr. Pre-Sales Systems Engineer at Motorola Solutions, with over a decade of experience in architecting IP-based mission critical solutions for State and Local entities as well as US Federal Government agencies. In this role since March 2011, Hector collaborates closely with account executives, product teams, vendors, finance, sub-contractors, and service resources to ensure alignment with customer requirements. Prior experience includes working as an Engineering Assistant at Alderson & Associates, Inc., where revisions were made to construction specifications and AutoCAD drawings, and serving as an Engineering Intern at Royalty Clearinghouse, where analysis of onshore oil and gas wells was performed, along with database management. Hector holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio, earned in 2010.
