Jorge Pacheco

Jorge Pacheco is an accomplished Principal Staff Systems Engineer and Team Lead at Motorola Solutions, with experience in systems engineering since September 2021. Previously, Jorge served as a Senior Systems Engineer and a Consultant at El Paso Electric Company, as well as fulfilling roles in document management quality assurance and application support at DYOPATH. From March 2011 to November 2016, Jorge held the position of Senior Software Engineer at DATAMARK, Inc., where responsibilities included leading engineering teams and overseeing software architecture transitions. Jorge's earlier career includes positions as an Oracle Database Administrator, Software Developer, and Instructor at Instituto Tecnologico de Ciudad Juarez, where duties involved teaching advanced programming and database courses. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence at The University of Texas at El Paso, Jorge also holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems Engineering.
