Katie Bates

Katie Bates is an experienced operations and technical professional with a strong background in service management and customer support. Currently serving as a Renewals Operations Manager at Motorola Solutions since April 2023, Katie previously held various roles at Pelco from April 2012 to April 2023, including Professional Services Manager and Technical Account Manager. In these positions, Katie tracked field service tickets, coordinated technician deployments, and resolved escalated technical issues, primarily for customers in the Southwest and Central South regions of the United States. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Technology from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
