Kelsey Proctor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and operational leadership within law enforcement and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Managing Director at Motorola Solutions Consulting Services since March 2017, Kelsey drives strategic initiatives and oversees operations. Prior experience includes roles at Ada County Sheriff's Office from 2003 to 2017, culminating in the position of 911 Technical Operations Manager, where responsibility encompassed the implementation of new law enforcement systems.
