Mike ODonnell, MSHRM, is an accomplished senior business leader with extensive experience in human resources and customer care. Currently serving as the Head of Global Customer Care & Service Management at Motorola Solutions since 2017, Mike focuses on enhancing customer experience and operational governance. Previously, Mike held various HR leadership roles at Pactiv, LLC, Mettler-Toledo International, Inc., Rexam PLC, and UPS, where responsibilities included providing HR support to executives, overseeing affirmative action plans, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Mike holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor's degree in HR Management & Industrial Relations from Virginia Commonwealth University.
