Ramon Jr Gualberto

Ramon Jr Gualberto is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in test systems engineering and management across various companies, including Motorola Solutions, Infinera, Tellabs, Flextronics, ON Semiconductor, and Maxim Integrated. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Motorola Solutions since October 2017, Ramon leads a team focused on the development and maintenance of test systems for infrastructure and subscriber products. Previous roles include Lead Engineer at Infinera, where Ramon was responsible for manufacturing test solutions for Optical Transport products, and Manager of Test Engineering at Tellabs, where Ramon built and managed a team in Shanghai. Ramon has demonstrated expertise in test development, project management, and team leadership throughout a career that also includes significant contributions to test solutions at Flextronics and semiconductor testing at ON Semiconductor and Maxim Integrated. Ramon holds a Master of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle University and a Bachelor of Science degree in the same field from Holy Name University.
