Sylwia MacHnik-Kochan

Sylwia Machnik-Kochan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business management across leading technology companies. Currently serving as General Manager at Motorola Mobility since October 2024, Sylwia leads the Motorola business in Poland, focusing on financial performance and profitability. Prior to this role, Sylwia was VP Sales EMEA at HTC Vive, achieving significant sales goals for VR devices and mobile phones through strategic planning and execution.
