Ashita Kachru

Ashita Kachru has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Most recently, in 2023, they served as the Head of Engineering at Motorway. Prior to that, they founded SpeechBuds in 2021.

From 2018 to 2023, Ashita worked at Macmillan Learning, where they held the role of Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Engineering.

Before joining Macmillan, they served as the Global Systems Director at Young & Rubicam Group from 2015 to 2018.

In 2014, they worked at Foundry9 as a Senior Software Architect and Development Manager.

From 2012 to 2014, Ashita held the position of Development Project Manager at Young & Rubicam.

Earlier in their career, they worked at AdPeople Worldwide as a Product and Project Manager from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they also served as an Application Development Controller from 2008 to 2010.

Ashita started their career at Barclays Capital in 2007 as a Senior Associate Consultant.

Ashita began their professional journey at Perot Systems in 2002 as a Team Lead.

Ashita Kachru completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from MD University Rohtak from 1998 to 2002. Ashita then pursued a Master of Science degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2003 to 2005.
