James Tiltman is currently a Senior Sales Support at Motorway. James has previous experience as a Duty Manager at MOD Pizza and as a Charity Fundraiser at Pell & Bales.
James began their working career as a Charity Fundraiser at Pell & Bales. James was responsible for representing major charities by phone, lead generation and existing donor support. James also provided communications training to co-workers and contributed to campaign design and execution.
In August 2016, James changed careers and became a Duty Manager at MOD Pizza. In this role they were responsible for managing teams of 6-12 across FOH and BOH, cash handling, banking, and stock management. James also designed and implemented store level marketing initiatives and staff training and internal content writing.
In November 2017, James left MOD Pizza and took on their current role as Senior Sales Support at Motorway.
James Tiltman has a BA in Anthropology and International Relations from the University of Sussex. James also has A-Levels in Politics, Film Studies, and Media Studies from Queen Mary's College in Basingstoke. James's 11 GCSE's were all A-C grades from Cranbourne Business and Enterprise College.
