Savannah-Jade Swan

Savannah-Jade Swan has extensive work experience in people management and human resources. Savannah-Jade is currently the Head of People at Motorway, a top UK company in the online used car trading platform industry. Prior to that, they held positions at SWIFT and Vodafone, where they served as the Head of People Partners and a HR Business Partner, respectively. Savannah-Jade also has experience in employer branding, employee engagement, and digital transformation. Before entering the HR field, they worked as a Subject Knowledge Enhancement Specialist at Canterbury Christ Church University and as a Business Administrator at Concertus Design and Property Consultants Limited.

Savannah-Jade Swan attended Canterbury Christ Church University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Crime and Policing. Savannah-Jade also holds additional certifications in Excel from QA.
