Andrea Gatti

Andrea Gatti's work experience includes various roles in different companies. From 2019, they worked as the HR Director at MOTOVARIO S.p.A. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they took a sabbatical to focus on their family as a coach, aiming to increase confidence and leadership. From 1998 to 2018, they worked at Vapor Europe/Wabtec, initially as an Assistant Controller and IT Manager, responsible for developing business plans, intercompany reports, and introducing new technology. From 2007 to 2018, they served as the HR & IT Director, fulfilling various duties such as drafting policies, mapping responsibilities, and conducting internal audits. Before this, from 1997 to 1998, Andrea worked as a Sales Assistant at Re-el Toys S.p.A., and from 1996 to 1998, they held the position of Contract Teacher at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, specializing in IT.

Andrea Gatti has a diverse education history spanning multiple institutions and programs. In 1984-1989, they attended the "Istituto tecnico 'Fermo Corni'", where they pursued a High School degree with a focus on Chemistry and Physics for industrial applications. Moving forward, between 1992 and 1993, Andrea participated in the IELP program (Intensive English Language Program) at UC Santa Barbara, engaging in additional activities as well. In 1993-1997, they attended the "Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia", earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Later, in 2005-2006, Andrea pursued a Master's program in Business and Administration at the "Scuola di Formazione IPSOA", specializing in accounting and financial studies. Thus, Andrea's educational background includes studies in various fields at different institutions.
