Talia Hamilton is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the People Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Lead for Neat, Talia is responsible for leading recruitment activities across EMEA and APAC to support global expansion. Previous roles include Executive Recruiter at Google, where senior leaders were hired for Google Cloud, and Partner at True Search, focusing on placing top executives for tech-focused organizations. Talia has managed teams at Cielo Talent, supporting prestigious Fortune 100 clients, as well as held roles in talent management at Novartis and recruitment at Juniper Networks, CA Technologies, and Spinnaker Consulting. Talia holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Level 7 CIPD qualification in Human Resources and Talent Development.
