Tasmia Saad has a strong background in technical support and engineering management. Starting in 2006 at Codian as a Test and Support Engineer, they progressed to roles at TANDBERG and Cisco Systems before joining Acano as a Support Engineer in 2015. Tasmia then moved back to Cisco in 2016 as a Senior Engineering Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Support Lead at Neat and was recently promoted to Head of Technical Support in January 2023.

Tasmia Saad completed their HSC and SSC examinations in Science at Viqarunnisa Noon School and College from 1988 to 2000. Tasmia then went on to earn a BEng(1st class Honours) in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Brunel University London from 2002 to 2005.
