Sean Kane

Sean Kane has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Sean started their career at US Navy in 2008, where they held various roles including Assistant Materials Manager and Nuclear Operations Manager. During their time in the Navy, they led and supervised a team of over 20 nuclear trained direct reports, demonstrating their leadership and operational skills.

In 2011, Sean joined Mott Corporation, where they held several positions. Sean started as a Process/Project Engineer and later became an Operations Manager, responsible for strategic planning and leadership for various industries. Sean then became a Senior Manager, Analytics & Strategy, where they created a business intelligence platform and led the strategic planning process. Sean's most recent role at Mott Corporation was Director of Corporate Strategy & Business Development, where they led the implementation of corporate strategy and had sales and product management responsibilities. In 2021, they were promoted to Vice President, Business Development & Strategy, showcasing their growth and expertise in the field.

Sean Kane completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Sean also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, which they obtained from Central Connecticut State University in January of 2014. Sean also holds an Engineer in Training (EIT) certification from the PA Board of Professional Engineers, which they obtained in 2006.
