Tim Boswell

Tim Boswell is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in directing HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Mott Corporation since December 2020, Tim previously held similar roles at Airgas from August 2016 to October 2020 and Travelers from November 2012 to August 2016. Tim's early HR experience includes positions at Sonoco as Human Resources Manager and at Otis Elevator as Senior Regional HR Manager, where oversight was provided for a significant operational region. Tim began a career in HR consultancy at The Hartford as a Senior Human Resources Consultant. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Central Connecticut State University and an Associate of Occupational Studies from The Culinary Institute of America.
