Jon Butler

Jon Butler currently serves as Unit Digital Lead for Digital Delivery Advisory at Mott MacDonald Bentley since March 2025. Prior to this role, Jon held multiple positions at Murphy Geospatial from August 2014 to March 2025, including Head of Digital Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed managing workflows, processes, and standards, along with overseeing key client relationships. Earlier experience includes roles such as Geospatial Consultant, Senior Laser Scanning Surveyor/Project Manager, and HDS Specialist at Vekta/AAM Group/Woolpert and Plowman Craven. Jon began a career as a Surveyor and holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Nottingham.
