Tim Riches

Tim Riches is a seasoned engineering professional with a focus on mechanical engineering and project leadership. Currently serving as a Design Lead and Project Leader at Mott MacDonald Bentley since June 2022, Tim previously held roles at Atkins from September 2018 to June 2022, progressing from Assistant Mechanical Engineer to Graduate Mechanical Engineer, where responsibilities included client-facing project coordination and engagement in the Energy Market. Tim's foundational experience includes an industrial placement in the Water Ground and Environment department at Atkins and hospitality roles at Compass Group and Waitrose. Tim holds a Master of Science degree in Advanced Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sussex and an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Brighton.
