Aaron Gerber

Aaron Gerber has extensive work experience in the engineering and infrastructure management field. Aaron currently holds the position of Vice President / Principal Project Manager at Mott MacDonald since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at The Kercher Group, Inc. for 18 years, from 2003 to 2021. During their time at The Kercher Group, Inc., Aaron had various roles including Principal, Director of Infrastructure Asset Management, and Civil Engineer. Aaron has been involved in a wide range of projects, including roadway design, pavement management, bridge management, water treatment and distribution management, sanitation sewer treatment and distribution management, sign and signal management, and pedestrian facility management. Aaron also has expertise in asset management, GIS administration, project management, and contract administration. Aaron is actively involved in research related to transportation and public works, with a focus on asset maintenance, preservation, and rehabilitation techniques.

Aaron Gerber received their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rowan University from 2000 to 2003. In 2008, they pursued further education at the University of Delaware in the field of Civil Infrastructure Systems. Aaron Gerber also holds a Professional Engineer certification in multiple states including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida.
