Carlos Santos

Carlos Santos is a highly experienced Project Manager and Transportation Consultant with a focus on infrastructure and construction. Since January 2017, Carlos has been with Mott MacDonald, contributing to the Peshawar BRT design coordination and providing technical support. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer and Pavement Engineer at Roughton International Ltd from 2013 to January 2017, where Carlos conducted pavement condition assessments and supervised field tests. A brief tenure as Project Manager at Migrande Construtora involved overseeing the completion of a health academy building. Carlos also served as Project Manager at Ilustreforma Lda from June 2009 to January 2013, managing building construction and renovation projects primarily for Spanish public institutions. Carlos holds a Master's degree in Infrastructure and Construction and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa.
