Charlotte Callinan

Charlotte Callinan currently serves as the Head of Business Change & Transformation at Mott MacDonald, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this, Charlotte held various leadership roles at Alchemmy, including Director and Associate Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Aviation advisory practice and leading a Growth Capability Centre of Excellence.
