Christopher Cockshaw has extensive work experience in project management and engineering design within the renewable energy sector. Christopher has held positions at various companies, including Mott MacDonald, Arcadis, Stantec, Weston & Sampson Engineers, and CDM Smith. In their most recent role as Vice President at Mott MacDonald, they led the Renewable Generation Practice and served as the Principal Project Manager for energy projects across North America, with a focus on offshore wind projects and onshore electric transmission projects. Christopher'sresponsibilities included front end engineering design, permitting, program management, and cost control. At other companies, they also worked as a Project Manager and Project Engineer in the field of engineering and project management.
Christopher Cockshaw has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, which they obtained in the years 1992 to 1995. Christopher further pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution, completing it from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, Christopher obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, from 2002 to 2005. Christopher also holds various certifications as a Professional Engineer (PE) from different states such as Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, New York, and West Virginia. Christopher is also a LEED Accredited Professional, accredited by the USGBC.
