Dan Phillips has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Dan started their career at BT plc, where they worked as a Senior Property Surveyor and Workplace Consultant for over 16 years. During their tenure, they were responsible for managing acquisitions, disposals, and developments of the BT estate.
After leaving BT plc, Dan joined TSK as a Director in 2003 before moving on to Aedas Architects Ltd. At Aedas, they held various roles, including Regional Director for International Business and Transportation, and Head of Workplace Consulting. Dan led major bidding activities for transport projects, managed international projects in Asia, and developed workplace consulting services.
In 2018, Dan joined Mott MacDonald as a Global Practice Leader for Project, Programme, and Commercial Management. Dan later served as the Engineering Project Director for Changi T5 and held other senior roles such as Vice President of Program Management and Interim Delivery Partner Lead.

Dan Phillips earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in General Practice in Commercial Surveying from MANCAT between 1992 and 1996. In 1987, they completed a BA degree in Business & Finance from UCLAN. Dan Phillips attended Kirkham Grammar School from 1978 to 1984, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
