Javier Lopez Nieto

Javier Lopez Nieto is a Principal Engineer at Mott MacDonald, with experience since September 2012 leading a team of OHL engineers and making strategic business decisions. Prior to this role, Javier served as the Senior Overhead Line Engineer and Project Manager, working extensively on high-voltage projects (132kV - 400kV) through all design stages. Previous experience includes managing international tendering for overhead lines in Africa at ISOLUX CORSAN and acting as Deputy Project Manager for T&D projects. Javier also worked as an International Trade Analyst in Morocco and as a Design Engineer for MV/HV equipment in Spain. Educational qualifications include an Ingeniero Industrial degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and a Master of Arts in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from CECO.
