Jeremy Mark Sparrow

Jeremy Mark Sparrow has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as Chief Resident Engineer at Mott MacDonald (Hong Kong) Ltd since September 2019, overseeing the Tunnel Section of the Central Kowloon Route. Prior roles include Chief Resident Engineer at Ove Arup and Partners for the Stonecutters Island Sewage Treatment Works, Director of Planning - Asia at Venetian, and Regional Director - Asia at Stapleton International, providing strategic development and planning for large-scale projects. Previous positions also encompass senior engineering roles with the Airport Authority Hong Kong and Sir William Halcrow and Partners, enhancing expertise in tunneling, construction, and project control. Educational qualifications include a BEng in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Bradford, along with postgraduate diplomas in Arbitration and Adjudication from the College of Estate Management.
