Lorraine McAteer

Lorraine McAteer is an experienced professional in project management and program leadership, currently serving as Vice President and Deputy Program Manager for the Red Line Orange Line Infrastructure Improvement Program at Mott MacDonald since January 2017. Previously, McAteer held the role of School & District Improvement Program Lead at Cambridge Education, contributing to various education initiatives. McAteer's extensive background at Mott MacDonald includes managing projects in Northern Ireland’s utility regulation and undertaking significant roles in major infrastructure projects, such as Heathrow Terminal 5 and the WCML Class 390 Project at Alstom Transport. McAteer holds an MBA from Ulster University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Computer Science from Queen's University Belfast.
