Mariam Thomas

Mariam Thomas is an experienced Assistant Project Manager currently supporting project delivery at Great British Nuclear, contributing to the United Kingdom's goal of achieving Net Zero by 2050. This role commenced in November 2024 and represents a secondment from Mott MacDonald, where Mariam has been involved in the Defence and Energy Portfolio, as well as in the Integrated Transport Division, since February 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Transportation Engineer at Dar Al-Handasah Consultants from July 2015 to September 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Technology in Transportation Systems Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut (2008-2012).
