Previously, Mert held the role of Chief Engineering Officer at Brilliant Planet, focusing on engineering and delivering projects aimed at reversing climate change. Mert's extensive experience at Mott MacDonald includes leadership positions such as Principal Account Leader for Special Services, where responsibilities encompassed advanced civil and structural analysis and digital delivery services.
