Norman Forde

Norman Forde has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the engineering and transportation industry. Norman is currently serving as the Vice President - Market Leader - Facilities and Fleet, North America at Mott MacDonald since January 2024. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President, Project Delivery Fleet and Facilities at Amtrak from September 2022 to January 2024. Before joining Amtrak, Norman worked as the Vice President - National Fleet and Facilities Lead at WSP USA from January 2021 to August 2022, and as the Vice President - Rail Vehicles - Mid Atlantic from August 2020 to January 2021. Norman also served as the Vice President at STV from May 2008 to July 2020. Additionally, they have held roles as Part-Time Fire Instructor at County of Chester since September 2014, and Adjunct Fire Suppression Instructor at Bucks County Community College since April 2018.

Norman Forde obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from the University of Wales, Cardiff in 1986. Norman then pursued a Master's degree in the School of Management from the same university, which they completed in 1988. In 1990 and 1991, Forde earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Furthermore, in 2017, they obtained certification as an Active - Fire Suppression Instructor from the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy.
