Norman Forde has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the engineering and transportation industry. Norman is currently serving as the Vice President - Market Leader - Facilities and Fleet, North America at Mott MacDonald since January 2024. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President, Project Delivery Fleet and Facilities at Amtrak from September 2022 to January 2024. In 1990 and 1991, Forde earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Furthermore, in 2017, they obtained certification as an Active - Fire Suppression Instructor from the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy.
