Oliver Hawes

Oliver Hawes is a seasoned professional in business improvement and digital transformation, currently serving as Business Improvement Director at Mott MacDonald since September 2006. Oliver has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Unit General Manager for Digital Ventures and Divisional General Manager for both Moata and Smart Infrastructure, where responsibilities involved delivering digital solutions and enhancing asset performance through innovative technologies. Prior experiences include positions as Commercial Manager and Operations Manager in the Water Division, as well as extensive engineering roles from Senior Civil Engineer to Graduate Civil Engineer. Oliver's career also includes a stint at Interserve Construction Limited as a Sub Agent and an early role at the Environment Agency as an Assistant Environment Protection Officer. Oliver received an MEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol in 2006.
