Paul Worley

Vice President | Principal Project Manager Rail & Transit at Mott MacDonald

Paul Worley has extensive work experience in the rail and transit industry. Paul currently holds the position of Vice President | Principal Project Manager Rail & Transit at Mott MacDonald. Prior to this, they served as the VP / Transportation Planning Practice Leader - North America and VP / Rail & Transit Practice Leader - US East at the same company. Before joining Mott MacDonald, they worked at NCDOT for many years, where they held various leadership roles, including Rail Division Director and Assistant Director for Planning & Development. Paul also served as the Rail Corridor Manager, Senior Rail Planner, and Public Information Officer during their tenure at NCDOT.

Paul Worley attended Campbell University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications. In 1999 to 2001, they completed the Public Manager Program at the North Carolina Office of State Personnel and received the Certified Public Manager (CPM) certification. In 2008, Paul obtained the Human Capital Strategist Certification from the Human Capital Institute.
