David Orr is a seasoned professional in international development and sustainability, currently serving as the Product Lead for the Moata Carbon Portal at Mott MacDonald, where efforts focus on digital carbon reduction tools and advancing net zero solutions for major infrastructure projects. With experience managing flagship net zero pathway programs in India and Kenya, David also has designed and led the trade and investment strategy across emerging markets, facilitating corporate sustainability transitions.
