Francesco Castellani

Francesco Castellani is a Software Developer and Data Scientist at Mott MacDonald since March 2018, specializing in data-driven solutions for the Transport sector and focusing on Data Science and Business Intelligence with regular stakeholder engagement. Prior roles include Graduate Asset Management Analyst, participating in significant projects such as the LiTSON project and Thames Water resilience initiatives, alongside contributions to internal workshops. Francesco's academic background includes a PhD from Newcastle University, where research concentrated on the Risk and Resilience of Infrastructures under Extreme Weather conditions, complemented by a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering from Università della Calabria.
