Mike O'Halloran

Mike O'Halloran is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and transportation, currently serving as the Managing Director and Deputy General Manager at Mott MacDonald since February 2017. Responsibilities include overseeing business operations across all sectors in New Zealand, client relationships, project delivery, and enterprise risk management. Prior to this, Mike held various leadership roles at AECOM from June 2003 to January 2017, including Group Director Civil Infrastructure and Transport Sector Director for New Zealand, managing significant teams and projects across multiple disciplines. Early career experience includes roles as a Transportation Engineer at Sinclair Knight Merz and a Transport Operations Engineer at Auckland City Council. Mike possesses a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil, Transportation, and Management from The University of Auckland along with several technical certifications.
