Ryan Turcotte is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and operations management. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager at Mott Manufacturing Limited since March 2012, Ryan champions quality initiatives and leads organizational improvement efforts. Previously, Ryan held multiple key positions at Nichirin North America Sales, including Product Engineering Manager and Production Manager, managing significant product development projects in the Tier 1 automotive sector. Ryan began the career at Nichirin Inc as Kaizen Manager and possesses a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Engineering from McMaster University and a Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma from Mohawk College. Additionally, Ryan expanded knowledge through participation in programs offered by the Society of Automotive Engineers.
