Shah Alum is an experienced digital marketing professional with a robust background in eCRM and email marketing. Currently serving as Vice President at J.P. Morgan since July 2016, Shah holds a dual role as eCRM Manager for the EMEA region. Prior to this position, Shah worked at emocial digital as a Consultant focusing on e-marketing strategies, and at Wildfire HQ Marketing as an e-Marketing Consultant specializing in B2B digital marketing. Additional experience includes managing marketing solutions for Naked Communications Europe, leading email campaigns at Intela, and overseeing digital projects for high-revenue clients at eBay Enterprise. Shah began the career as a Client Service Consultant at Emailvision, managing accounts across multiple regions and providing consulting on email marketing best practices. Shah holds a BSc in Information Systems with Business Management from the University of Westminster.
