Rafael Yoneta Monte is a seasoned professional in the healthtech and IT sectors, currently serving as a Senior Technical Product Manager at Mottu since October 2025. Previously, Rafael founded Bom Doutor, an innovative health technology platform connecting patients with doctors based on specialties. As an IT Manager at Grupo Fleury, Rafael managed multidisciplinary teams focused on digital healthcare products and led significant modernization and data optimization projects. Rafael's experience also includes roles as Product Manager at Saúde iD and Fin-X, where contributions included developing a BI platform and enhancing revenue recovery solutions for healthcare professionals. Rafael's career began with consulting at ATG Consulting - BR, where process mapping and automation methodologies were established. Currently, Rafael is pursuing an MBA in Digital Business Management and Artificial Intelligence at USP/Esalq, with an earlier degree from the University of São Paulo.
