Rishika Singh

Rishika Singh is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management. Currently serving as Manager HRBP at MOTUL since March 2022, Rishika previously held the position of Assistant Manager in Human Resources at Kamani Foods from February 2020 to March 2022 and also worked as an Assistant Manager at Metro Brands Ltd from March 2015 to February 2020, a major footwear retail chain in India. Additional experience includes a consultancy role at Hunt Partners focusing on executive searches and a student internship at Avnet Technology Solutions and Interactive Sun. Rishika holds an Executive Development Program in HR Analytics from XLRI (2021-2022), a Master's in Management Studies specialized in Human Resources from Chetana's R K Institute of Management (2012-2014), and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mithibai College.
