Orlando Williams

Orlando Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in executive search, staffing, and community service. As the Chief Executive Officer at Motus Recruiting and Staffing, Inc. since January 2006, Orlando has led the award-winning firm recognized as Oregon’s Most Admired Executive Search firm and the state’s #1 Minority-Owned Firm. In addition to this role, Orlando holds several board positions, including Board Chair at Self Enhancement, Inc., Board Member at Bloodworks Northwest, Community Board Member at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, and Board Member at LEGACY HEALTH FOUNDATION. Orlando is also a Committee Board Member for the Oregon Health Authority and President of the Oregon Diversity Recruiting Council, focusing on diversity recruitment strategies in Oregon. Orlando’s prior roles include significant contributions as a Division Manager at Ajilon Finance Solutions and experience as a Trail Blazer Pre-game Host and Post Game Analyst. Orlando holds a BA in Economics from the University of Oregon and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
