Todd Dmytryshyn, PE, currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Moulton Niguel Water District, a position held since November 2014, with previous roles including Assistant Director of Engineering, Engineering Manager, and Senior/Principal Engineer. Additionally, Todd is a Director on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Water Association, a role commenced in January 2023. Previously, Todd worked as a Project Engineer at Arcadis from June 2008 to October 2014, contributing to various water and wastewater projects through technical support in both design and construction. Todd held the position of Vice President of Projects with Engineers Without Borders Orange County, managing water supply projects in multiple countries.
