Bill Hudson

Head of School at Mounds Park Academy

Bill Hudson is the current Head of School at Mounds Park Academy. Prior to this, they served as Vice-President/COO of Totino-Grace High School from July 2003 to July 2011. In this role, they were responsible for the non-academic operations of the school, including marketing/admissions, athletic and co-curricular programs and strategic planning. From September 2013 to June 2014, they served as Director of Institutional Advancement at Mounds Park Academy. In this role, they provided vision, leadership and support in the areas of advancement, marketing, communications, admissions and strategic planning for the school. Prior to their work at Mounds Park Academy, Bill worked as the Associate Executive Director of Secondary Schools for the National Catholic Educational Association from August 2000 to July 2003. In this role, they designed, directed and implemented programs supporting instructional leaders in Catholic secondary schools, including national conferences, workshops, publications and research. Bill also conducted quantitative research into Catholic secondary schools in the areas of finance and governance, curriculum and instruction, religious education and faith development, and Catholic identity and school community.

Bill Hudson has an Ed.D. in Education from the University of St. Thomas, a Masters of Divinity in Catholic Theology from the Oblate School of Theology, a B.S. Ed. in Political Science and Communications from Central Michigan University, and a high school diploma from Lansing Catholic Central.
