Valentina de Lorentiis

Valentina De Lorentiis has a diverse work experience starting from 2009. Valentina began their career at Benetton Group as a Sales Associate and later became a Store Supervisor. Valentina then joined House of Fraser, where they held various roles, including Floor Supervisor, Deputy Sales Manager, Sales Manager, and Beauty Sales Manager. After that, Valentina joined Westfield as a Guest Services Manager. In 2015, they moved to Mount Anvil as a People Operations Manager and progressed to the role of Head of People Operations in 2021. Additionally, Valentina served as a Committee Member at CIPD from 2020 to 2021.

Valentina De Lorentiis, Assoc CIPD, completed a Postgraduate Qualification (Level 7) in Employment Law from CIPD Qualifications in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from CIPD Qualifications in 2018. In 2008, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science from Università degli Studi dell'Insubria - Varese (Italy). Valentina also holds additional certifications, including Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2019 and a Diploma in Professional Development from Coventry University in 2014.
