Kara O’Brien is an experienced event management professional with a comprehensive background in organizing and overseeing various types of events. Currently serving as the Director of Events at Mount Auburn Cemetery and as an Event Manager at LIFE Event Staffing, Kara has a proven track record in the events industry. Previously, significant roles included Director of Events & Development at The National Pancreas Foundation and Director of Events & Operations at Powered by Professionals, among other positions focused on management and support in notable organizations such as the Girl Scouts of Greater New York and Chelsea Piers Connecticut. Kara holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
